Our day of wedding coordinator service assists couples in many wonderful ways on the day of their wedding. We will alleviate a lot of the stress associated with the final weeks of planning as well as reduce the pressure and chaos often associated with day-of logistics.
- Four-weeks of wedding preparation ahead of your wedding day
- One walk-through at the event venue(s)
- Wedding ceremony rehearsal on your wedding day at the ceremony venue
- Unlimited contact via phone and email from the time of contract
- Production of master event timeline for the event for vendors and venues
- Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors beginning four weeks prior to the event
- Facilitating a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
- Distributing gratuities and final payments to vendors as needed
- 8 to 10 hours of coordination on the day of the wedding coverage includes at least 1-2 event assistants
- Oversee proper setup and breakdown for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

Partner In Planning
Our partial wedding planning services are the perfect support solutions for couples who want professional guidance and peace of mind throughout the entire planning process most importantly on their wedding day.
- Recommend/secure vendors in accordance with event budget and style
- Schedule vendor meetings and discovery calls
- Attend site visit (s) with clients to establish the event style, direction, and flow
- Face to face meetings, phone and e-mail communication/advice
- Guidance on wedding etiquette
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts
- Décor conceptualization and coordinate overall event vision and design
- Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
- Create a complete planning timeline for couple
- Set up and manage hotel blocks for out-of-town guests
- Coordinate aspects of rehearsal dinner (including but not limited to, site scouting and décor design)
- Day of Coordinator Service: 8– 12 hours of wedding day coverage
